Good to know
Does it cost anything to enter?
No. Entry is free, and it always will be. We will never ask you for a payment, a card number, or the password to any of your accounts.
I did not get the confirmation email.
Check the Spam and Promotions folders first — new senders often land there. Mark the message as “Not spam” so future updates reach your inbox. If it still is not there after an hour, contact support and we will resend it.
Can I enter more than one pool?
Yes. Each category is drawn separately, so you can enter the console pool and the code pools. You just cannot enter the same pool twice with the same email.
Why do you need my address?
Only pools that ship a physical prize ask for one, and only so we can deliver it if you win. Code and wallet pools never ask for an address.
How will I know if I won?
We email you every time your status changes, and you can check your tracking code on the tracking page at any time.
