I never received the email with my code
Search your mailbox for “Win Pool”, then check the Spam and
Promotions folders — confirmation emails from a new sender often land there.
Mark the message as “Not spam” so later updates reach your inbox.
My code is not recognised
Codes are 10 characters after the WP- prefix. Capitalisation and the dash do not
matter — wpabcdefghij works as well as WP-ABCDE-FGHIJ.
Copy and paste it straight from the email to rule out a typo.
How often does the status change?
Entries are reviewed in batches, then drawn at the end of each round. You get an email at every step,
so there is no need to keep checking this page.
